Shipping and Returns

We presently ship to the United States and 228 other countries. Items are shipped via US Postal Service First Class rate with tracking, within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of payment. Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase.

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.

Buyers are responsible for any and all duty, tax, VAT and customs charges that may arise for orders shipped outside the United States. Please be reminded that customs can sometimes delay items for up to 6 weeks so please contact your local customs office for further clarification. On the customs forms, items will be listed as “merchandise”, and the purchase price will be listed as the value.

Refunds and returns will be considered on a case by case basis, providing we are contacted within 3 business days of receiving the package. We value our customers and will do our best to resolve any issue within the terms of our policy.

Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is dissatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund. If the item is damaged, it must be returned at the buyer’s expense and a full refund of the item’s purchase price will be granted upon receipt. For any wear and tear or use of an item, a fee will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges will not be refunded


The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
